A repeated 32603 error when attempting to withdraw staking rewards led to an online search for assistance and the wallet attached to CoreDAO being hacked.
Platform support is beyond ridiculous. There is no help and the glitches are endless.
Added to this actually getting on Discord and other platforms for assistance has provide to be useless allowing hackers and scammers to take advantage of this situation and trick users into losing their funds.
This platform will go nowhere unless effort is made to make users able to EASILY ask for assistance and for these glitches to be handled.
We will be notifying the Crypto Press about the performance on here. It is shocking that so little care and attention is paid to assisting and protecting users with tech issues.
