coreBTC to BTC issue / redemption failed

Hello,

I used bridge.coredao.org/corebtc to redeem BTC. The transaction was successful, but no BTC arrived in my wallet.

Support should contact me regarding the transaction ID.

Yes, I was trying to redeem exactly 0.0018772 coreBTC.

In transactions you can also see this amount.

As mentioned in my first post, the transaction was successful, but no BTC arrived in my wallet, until now.

You could provide the BTC transaction id that the bridge used to sent my btc. The transaction of core does not help, if the coreBTC are sent to nowhere and burnt.

Per our records BTC redemption is done only for the tx id 0x43166b04577a19ce3e5b30beb797aab820fd97bb150ebf866e4634ea3344a359

and not for the tx id 0xf54edf049ad59f9294bec801295b05321d819c5b0cbacb1ae2d4cbbd125c9d01 please cross check your tx id.

Could you please provide the transaction ID on the BTC blockchain for the redemption mentioned?

The core tx hash only shows the core burn during **coreBTC to BTC** redemption; it does not demonstrate the actual BTC payment.

The **btc blockchain txid** from the bridge is really what you require. That is the only method of confirming the Bitcoin redemption (confirmations, output address, fees, etc.).

I’m happy that worked well, but the next time, be sure to ask for the bitcoin TXID. That is the actual evidence.
