Unable to Claim 75% Locked CORE Tokens (Vesting Issue)

Hello CoreDAO Team,

I participated in the CORE airdrop via the Satoshi App and received 41 CORE in total.

  • 25% (10.27 CORE) was unlocked and successfully withdrawn to my wallet.

  • 75% (30.73 CORE) was supposed to be locked for 2 years and then released.

Now it has been more than 2.6 years, but my 30.73 CORE are still not released.
On CoreScan, my wallet only shows ~10.27 CORE balance received. The rest of the tokens are still in the vesting contract.

I also tried to access the official claim portal (https://claim.coredao.org) but it is not working.

Thank you for responding. Please note that I will not click on any unofficial links or share my private keys/seed phrases. I only need official guidance from the CoreDAO team regarding my remaining 30 CORE tokens.

To be clear:

  • I already received 25% of my airdrop (~10.27 CORE).

  • The remaining 75% (~30.73 CORE) has not been released, even though the 2-year vesting period has already passed.

  • The official claim portal (https://claim.coredao.org) does not work for me.

If there is an official announcement, documentation, or a legitimate CoreDAO support channel to resolve this, please point me to it. Otherwise, I will wait until the CoreDAO team makes an official update.
