Core Foundation is excited to announce that the Fusion Upgrade is now live on the Core testnet with the release of v1.0.11!
This hardfork represents a significant enhancement for the Core blockchain, integrating Dual-staking and LstBTC features, while also merging improvements for enhanced scalability and performance.
Key Improvements
- Implemented BTC/CORE Dual Staking: Expanding our staking capabilities for enhanced user rewards.
- Implemented LstBTC: Introducing a new feature to improve functionality and user experience.
- Merged Versions up to v1.3.9 from BSC: Incorporating important updates originally planned for v1.0.10.
Important Instructions for Validators and Full Node Operators
All validators and full node operators on the Core TestNet are required to switch their software version to v1.0.11 to ensure a smooth transition.
Important Notes
- Please ensure you are using the new config.toml provided in this version, as older configurations are incompatible. If necessary, review the new config.toml to make the required adjustments to your existing configurations.
- For those running validators, please set --miner.etherbase to your consensus address.
- If you are utilizing the variable -txlookuplimit, kindly change it to -history.transactions.
